Use the Back Up Database option to provide information about your system to SnapStream Support. 

 


Click Create and Send Backup to send a database backup. Note: depending on how you use your system and the speed of your Internet connection, this can take some time. 

 

You will see a Task Popup indicating the progress of the backup. This operation can also be tracked on the Tasks page.
