The Enterprise TV Web Player is a simple interface that provides video playback and clipping through your web browser. For most newer configurations, playback will occur in the browser, with no software installation necessary. 

For some older recording types, the first time you click a Play link in the web interface (for example, from the home page, the library or from a search result) you may see this message:
