The steps for installing the SnapStream Web Player are different depending on whether you are using a PC or a Mac.
ON A PC:
To install the SnapStream Web Player on a PC, click the Play link for
any show in the library. You will see the following message:
Click the "Click here" link to install the web player.
Depending
on your browser, you may have the option to Open the file, or you may
be required to Save the file to your computer's hard drive. If you have
the option, select Open; otherwise, save the file, then double-click the
file to run it.
The Setup Wizard will launch. Click Next.
Next you will see the End User License Agreement for the web player. Click the checkbox and then click Next.
Click Install to start the installation.
Once the installation is complete, click Finish.
To complete the installation, restart your browser and reconnect to the web interface.
ON A MAC:
To install the SnapStream Web Player on a Mac, click the Play link
for any show in the library. You will see the following message:
Click to download the Web Player disk image. Save the disk image to your computer.
Exit your web browser and double-click the disk image to install.
You will see this window. Simply drag the SnapStreamMediaPlayer icon into the Internet Plug-Ins folder icon.
Then, simply start your web browser and reconnect to the web interface. To start playback, click Play.
